what now?

The problem is simple to recognize, but tricky to solve.

ss, com_err and e2fsprogs are new merged in the packet e2fsprogs-libs.

so, it would be simple to just unmerge the obsolete packages ss, com_err and e2fsprogs and after emerge e2fsprogs-libs.

ATTENTION!
If you unmerge com_err, you may not be able to download any files via wget anymore. So it will be impossible to emerge e2fsprogs-libs then.

Solution:

1. Get e2fsprogs-libs (just download)
emerge --fetchonly e2fsprogs-libs
2. unmerge the obsolete packages
emerge --unmerge ss com_err e2fsprogs
3. emerge the brandnew e2fsprogs-libs
emerge e2fsprogs-libs
